The Relation-ship

I do not know from hence you came,
Your soul sent for me to maintain.
Blown into my shore, tattered sail,
To show you love, that you might prevail.

Mast beaten, ready to give up,
Life's oceans have proven they're rough.
Those storms have passed, dark clouds clearing,
When you least expected, revealing.

Count your blessings you're still alive,
Realize now that you will survive.
Toward happiness, must keep pressing,
Fair, kind and true are my blessing

Go pick up your sail, mend the past,
Search with your heart for dreams that last.
Cast your nets and aside your doubt,
There's more life to love, inside out.

Don't forget this shore's lovely song:
To smile from your soul all day long!
